Orange peel is as healing and delicious as its juice. If you add a pinch of dried orange peel to your tea after grating and squeezing the sour juice, it relieves bloating, relieves stomach gas, helps digestion and adds flavor to your tea. If you add a pinch to the dough of your walnut, almond cakes and cookies, it adds a pleasant fruit spicy flavor.
