Dried sour black mulberry contains very powerful antioxidants and Betacarotene. These powerful antioxidants strengthen our immune system, protect our heart and have anti-aging effect.
You can consume this dried fruit, which is a source of health and youth, as a snack. Black mulberry is a miraculous healing fruit especially against stress-induced mouth sores called aphtous ulcers, stomatitis, mucositis and anemia. It cleanses the blood and lowers blood pressure. Put 1 handful of dried sour black mulberry into 1 cup of boiling water. After boiling for 3-5 minutes, turn off the heat. Crush the fruit grains that you rest and strain through a strainer.
